As many of our Leaders are facing numerous challenges and increased workload, RACMA believes it is paramount to keep check of your wellbeing. You cannot continue to care for the community properly, if you do not ensure your own health and wellbeing and that of your colleagues and medical workforce. The College is collating a number of resources to support the health and wellbeing of all Medical Leaders and their teams.
> Drs4Drs Support Service – available for doctors and medical students around Australia to access free, confidential telehealth mental health services, every hour and day of the year. It has been established by Doctors’ Health Services Limited (DrHS), a subsidiary of the AMA.
