As the healthcare landscape continues to evolve, the importance of effective medical leadership and management becomes increasingly evident. Specialist Medical Administrators play a pivotal leadership role in navigating the complexities of modern healthcare systems. The RACMA Fellowship Training Program equips aspiring Medical Leaders with the essential knowledge and skills, and instils a deep sense of responsibility towards promoting quality, safety and innovation in healthcare delivery.
The RACMA Fellowship Training Program (FTP) is based on evidence-based education and assessment principles to ensure that RACMA Fellows are equipped for today’s specialist administration and leadership practice. Candidates in an accredited training post undertake a learning development and training plan consisting of RACMA education activities and Masters level study from a RACMA approved Masters program. There is also the opportunity to apply for recognition of prior learning and experience prior to commencing the FTP.
RACMA understands the rapidly changing healthcare environment and continually reviews the Fellowship Training Program, monitoring, evaluating and implementing quality improvements to stay on top of developments, ensuring currency and best practice.
