Dr Jitendra Jain

Healthcare stands at a crossroads, and I am driven by a singular mission: to help lead this transformation with vision, integrity, and strategic excellence. With over a decade of experience in clinical medicine and medical leadership, combined with an MBA, I am uniquely positioned to contribute to RACMA’s mission in shaping the future of healthcare. In my current role, I have led initiatives that have redefined the Doctors-in-Training experience, strengthened clinical governance, and sparked innovation across patient flow. My deep passion for digital health and value-based care translates into actionable strategies that deliver tangible, patient-centred results. I bring a problem-solving mindset that turns complexity into clarity and challenges into opportunities, with a focus on upholding my personal values of professionalism and excellence. As your Candidate Board Director, I pledge to bring a forward-thinking, collaborative approach that respects diverse perspectives while driving meaningful change. Together, we will ensure that RACMA not only meets the challenges of today but leads with vision into the future.
