Dr Debbie Holdsworth

Serving as a RACMA Board Member has been a privilege, particularly during a time of embracing change through the FTP renewal, ICT investment, commitment to eliminating health inequity and a refreshed strategic direction. I am very humbled to be asked to put myself forward as a nominee for President Elect. In these disruptive times, it is crucial for RACMA to enhance its role and impact in system leadership, regardless of where we practice. I am committed to ensuring our members are well equipped for ever evolving medical leadership roles, the value of health management and leadership is recognised, and our membership feel they belong through meaningful engagement. Diversity in thought and approach is essential for progress. I am told I bring a fresh perspective. I represent the voice of Fellows for whom RACMA is their primary fellowship and diversity of leadership roles across the health system.
