2025 Annual General Meeting
Notice of Meeting
The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Crown Perth and online on Tuesday 14 October 2025 from 8.30-10am AWST.
The Notice of Meeting includes the agenda and resolutions that will be put to a vote.
For those attending online, please access the meeting via https://www.netvote.com.au/m/n0lsM2. There is no need for you to register in advance of the meeting, just log in on the day.
The Notice of Meeting refers to the following documents:
- Draft Minutes of the fifty-seventh AGM
- Prof Jane Bryson’s CV
- Audited 2024-2025 Financial Statements
- Explanatory Memorandum (constitutional amendments)
- Clean copy of the Constitution as it will appear if all proposed amendments are approved (Annexure A).
- Full mark-up of all of the proposed amendments to the Constitution (Annexure B)
- Summary of proposed constitutional amendments (Annexure C)
- Proposed constitutional amendments rationale
In the interests of maximum efficiency and lowering costs to Members, RACMA is only producing printed versions of the Notice of Meeting and any document referred to within, including the Annual Financial Statements 2024-2025, to those Members who have specifically made this request.

Eligibility to Vote
While all Members can attend and be heard at any general meeting, in accordance with the current RACMA Constitution (2023, clause 5.16), only Fellows have the right to vote at any general meeting, including the AGM.
Voting will be done through the online voting system portal, accessible via: https://www.netvote.com.au/m/n0lsM2 during the AGM.
Details on how to vote and what to expect on the day will be communicated closer to the meeting date.
Appointing a Proxy
If you are entitled to vote at the meeting, you can appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. To appoint a proxy please download and complete this Proxy Form.
Your completed Proxy Form must be received by the College no later than 8.30am AWST on Sunday 12 October 2025. You can either:
- mail it to the College, attention Secretary, at Suite 1, 20 Cato Street, Hawthorn East, Victoria 3123, Australia, or
- send it via email to info@racma.edu.au. You will be taken to have signed your proxy form if sent in PDF format in accordance with the instructions for completing the Proxy Form.
Town Hall Meetings
