The Fifty-Seventh Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 2 October 2024 9:00am-10:00am AEST in person at the Sofitel Brisbane, and via Zoom, for Members only.

4. MINUTES OF THE RACMA EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING 2023

4.1 That the Minutes of the RACMA Extraordinary General Meeting held Wednesday, 30 August 2023, 5.30pm-6.30pm AEST in person at the RACMA Office, Suite 1, 20 Cato Street, Hawthorn East and online via Zoom Webinar be accepted.

5.1 That the report of the President be accepted.
6. REPORT FROM THE RETURNING OFFICER
6.1 That the appointment of Members to the below Board positions be noted following the outcome of the 2024 Board Election.
- President-Elect
- Two Directors from the Fellow Membership Category
- Director from the Associate Membership Category
- Director from the Candidate Membership Category
7. CHAIR OF FINANCE & AUDIT COMMITTEE REPORT
7.1 That the report of the Chair of Finance & Audit Committee be accepted.
7.2 THE 2023-2024 ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
A copy of the 2023-2024 Audited Financial Report is available to all Fellows, Associate Fellows, Candidates, and Affiliates prior to the meeting on the College website’s Financial Statements page.
7.2.1 That the Audited Financial Statements 2023-2024 be accepted.
8. CHAIR OF EDUCATION & TRAINING COMMITTEE REPORT
8.1 That the report of the Chair of Education & Training Committee, incorporating the report of the Continuing Education Program Committee, be accepted.

Eligibility to Vote
You will be eligible to vote at the meeting if you are a financial Fellow of the College at 9:00am AEST on Monday, 30 September 2024.
Electronic Annual Financial Reports
In accordance with recent regulatory changes and in the interests of maximum efficiency and lowering costs to Members, RACMA is only producing printed versions of the Annual Financial Reports 2023-2024 to those Members who have specifically made this request. An electronic version is on the RACMA website Financial Statements page.

Appointing a Proxy
If you are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, you can appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. To appoint a proxy please download and complete this Proxy Form.
Lodging Your Proxy Form
You can lodge your completed form by:
- Mailing it to the College at Suite 1, 20 Cato Street, Hawthorn East, Victoria 3123.
- Sending it via email to cmassis@racma.edu.au. You will be taken to have signed your proxy form if sent in PDF format in accordance with the instructions for completing the Proxy Form.
Your completed Proxy Form must be received by the College Secretariat no later than 9:00am AEST on Monday, 30 September 2024.
If you appoint a proxy, you may still attend the meeting. However, your proxy’s rights to speak and vote are suspended while you are present. Accordingly, you will be asked to revoke your proxy if you register at the meeting.
How the Chairperson of the Meeting will Vote Undirected Proxies
The Chairperson of the Meeting will vote undirected proxies in favour of all the motions.
