2023 President-Elect Election: Professor Luis Prado Bio & Statement

RACMA’s strength is our ‘core’: comprised of our membership and College staff. We are in a unique position to lead, guide and effectively influence how healthcare is provided across Australia and New Zealand. Through my extensive experience in senior leadership roles across public and private health sectors in three states, I have a unique and deep insight into the complexities and challenges we face as a College. I am excited to work together with our Board, membership, staff and key stakeholders to strengthen and shape our professional reputation. Through a collective vision I believe we can strategically position our College within the industry so that our membership and programs are seen as premier, essential and sought-after to lead healthcare. Many of our membership are waiting to be engaged by our College, and I welcome the opportunity to be part of the engagement of our ‘core’.
