Learning Outcomes: 1. Provide an opportunity for participants to align to the realities of disruptive change and the power / value of ‘leveraging disruption’. 2. Explore the implications of disruptive change for organisations and industries / sectors and ensure that participants are aligned to the realities of the change landscape. Introduce participants to eight (8) powerful practices that are imperative for leading effectively in disruptive change. 3. Create space for participants to actively test and apply those powerful practices in the context of their own work and the broader realities that their organisation and industry must address. 4. Support participants to articulate how they could take these practices forward in their leadership – through active, tangible application to their context and with their team(s). 5. Introduce (or further explore) Strategy in Action as a framework and toolset that could assist leaders and their teams with formulating and executing planning and strategy in a manner that: • Uses a clear and simple framework for holding an ongoing and continuous strategic conversation, • Builds greater agility into the leadership and decision-making of the organisation, • Aligns a series of strategic practices to the organisation’s operating rhythm, • Moves the mindset of the organisation to decision-making and action based on an unbiased view of conditions, and • Provides clear alignment and value-add to any existing investments in strategy, planning, innovation, transformation, and leadership development. |
