RACMA and Hush Foundation consolidate partnership

The College has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Hush Foundation to promote and enhance the work of both organisations. RACMA and Hush build on existing resources, and develop strong related partnerships to increase awareness about the impact of kinder working environments in healthcare.

The partnership will explore how best to support the creation of a kind culture in healthcare organisations and communities through promotion, awareness raising and the delivery of customised events and initiatives. key activities will include:

  • Development of a co-designed program – working with the RACMA President and Colleagues to co-design activities supporting the work of both Hush and RACMA, to include educational sessions by appropriate Hush representatives.
  • Provision of access to the annual Hush Gathering of Kindness program at no cost to individual RACMA Members.
  • Promoting events conducted by Hush for RACMA Members to attend and present at workshops.
  • Hush to be invited to attend RACMA Conferences to promote their work through trade booth representation and speaker opportunities.
