Dr Helen Parsons CSC

Dr Helen Parsons CSC is President of the Royal Australasia College of Medical Administrators (RACMA). Helen has worked in rural and urban health service settings in the public sector, Correctional Health Services, Immigration and the Australian Defence Force. She currently works as District Director Medical Services at Nepean Blue Mountains LHD and has responsibilities for medical administration across tertiary, regional and rural hospitals. Helen has special interests in leadership and management training and development of medical leaders, clinical governance systems effectiveness, health service clinical outcome benchmarking improvements, strategic development of health services, improving health workplace culture, and increasing diversity, inclusion and equity in health services and care delivery.
