Prof Pooshan Navathe

Professor Pooshan Navathe is a practising occupational physician and an internationally acknowledged thought leader in aviation medicine. After occupying the medical leadership position at the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, he was the Director Medical Services at Maitland NSW and is now Executive Director Medical Services, Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service. Prof Navathe has a large number of publications, and continues to be active in his research into risk and uncertainty in medical decision making. Prof Navathe has been involved in medical education for over two decades, and continues to teach and mentor doctors in their various specialist pathways.
