The STP program aims to improve the quality of the future specialist workforce by providing registrars with exposure to a broader range of healthcare settings. As identified by the Department of Health (Australia), all Colleges have STP Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that require them to fill a specified number of private and rural positions. - Specialist Training Program (STP)
- Integrated Rural Training Pipeline (IRTP)
- The Tasmanian Project
