This domain focuses on the development of the personal attributes needed by Medical Administrators and the mastery of reflective practice. Candidates will engage in a number of activities including:
- Guided reflections
- Learning set participation
- Self-audit and Peer Review activities
- Self-assessment in the In-Training Performance Report
