RACMA Wellbeing Retreat 2026

LeadingWell: A Reflective Retreat to Pause, renew and lead with Clarity 19 – 22 March 2026

Recharge your leadership in 2026

LeadingWell is RACMA’s first wellbeing and CPD retreat, designed to give Members the opportunity to pause, gain clarity, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.

Over three days and three nights, participants will experience guided wellbeing sessions, reflective practice, structured learning, and protected time to recharge personally and professionally — all within a calm, eco-inspired coastal environment.

The retreat is intentionally small, allowing space for meaningful connection, deeper conversation and a rhythm that supports self-awareness, leadership growth, and sustainable work practices.

Expressions of Interest are now closed. If you’re interested in attending, please email bvazzocchi@racma.edu.au
