Current Candidate Transition Arrangements for FTP 2025

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, RACMA is implementing a series of quality enhancements to the Fellowship Training Program (FTP), effective from 2025. These changes are designed to enhance the Candidate experience and ensure a more supportive and flexible training environment.

A Transition Arrangement document has been developed for current Candidates, which outlines the upcoming improvements and provides guidelines on their options to either continue under the existing program requirements or transition to the new 2025 program arrangements. It is essential for current Candidates to review this document carefully and consider how these changes may impact your individual training journey.

Candidates are encouraged to seek guidance from their Jurisdictional Coordinator of Training, Training Supervisor or Preceptor as they decide which option is best suited for their individual training journey.
