Coffs Harbour Health Campus is seeking to employ a Staff Specialist Deputy Director Medical service. Reporting to the Coffs Clinical Network (CCN) Clinical Director of Medicine and General Manager, the Staff Specialist will be responsible for enabling the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of medical services. Primarily at Coffs Harbour Health Campus, but potential elsewhere in the Coffs Clinical Network. The Deputy Director of Medical Services main focus is managing the junior medical workforce and assisting with complaints management, safety and quality and access and flow strategies.
