Will I receive training to be a Supervisor?

As a Supervisor, you will receive:

1. A copy of the Fellowship Training Program Information for Supervisors.
2. Training by participating in educational activities as part of Faculty Education Program.  These activities are designed to develop and enhance understanding of matters related to the:

• Fellowship Training Program
• Assessment and evaluation of competency within the Fellowship Training Program
• RACMA Regulations and Policies
• skill development on coaching and the provision of feedback. 

The training activities provide an opportunity for peer interchange and discussion through teleconferences, webinars and workshops.
