Do you know of a rural or private health setting that could host a new RACMA training position if funding was available?
Applications are now open for the Commonwealth Department of Health’s New Post Process (formerly an EOI process) to enable interested rural or private health settings to make an application for new training positions to be considered for STP funding.
- The New Post Process will commence in April (date to be announced) and will be run by the Commonwealth Department of Health via an online portal.
- Applications may be submitted for traditional STP posts and Integrated Rural Training Pipeline (IRTP) posts.
- Health Settings applying via the New Post Process must also submit an application to RACMA for training post accreditation.
- Applications assessed as suitable will be added to RACMA’s Reserve List and will be considered for STP funding in future, should a vacancy become available.
To apply for funding consideration, please CLICK HERE for the Department of Health’s STP website – and scroll down to access the online portal. Applications close on FRIDAY 13 MAY at 5:00PM AEST.
For any questions regarding the Specialist Training Program, please contact RACMA’s STP team via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 03 9088 7962. Further information can also be found via the RACMA website.
