Drs4Drs Support Service – Available for doctors and medical students around Australia to access free, confidential telehealth mental health services, every hour and day of the year. It has been established by Doctors’ Health Services Limited (DrHS), a subsidiary of the AMA.

Sane Australia  – A national online and Freecall service, providing information, support and referral to people concerned about complex mental health issues.

Headspace – Supporting young people with mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drug services, as well as work and study support. 

Beyond Blue – Working with the community to improve mental health and prevent suicide, so that all people in Australia can achieve their best possible mental health.

Alcohol and Drug Foundation – A service offering effective support services and support services regarding alcohol or drugs

Black Dog Institute – the only medical research institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan, it helps healthcare professionals find resources and support to manage burnout and maintain good mental health.
