Please be aware that the MyRACMA system will be unavailable on Tuesday 2nd April at 07:00 (AEDT) as we will be performing scheduled maintenance. We anticipate a downtime of 30 minutes.

In recognition of National Reconciliation Week, RACMA acknowledges and celebrates the importance of the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Reconciliation Australia’s theme for 2021, More than a word. Reconciliation takes action, urges the reconciliation movement towards braver and more impactful action. This year marks almost three decades of Australia’s formal reconciliation process.

Reconciliation is a journey for all Australians and, as Medical Leaders, RACMA Members have a key role to play when it comes to reconciliation. In playing our part we can collectively influence communities to connect with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and ensure their histories and cultures are valued.

RACMA is committed to Indigenous health and health equity on several levels. The College will shortly launch its Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) which articulates our commitment to national reconciliation by connecting members, staff, stakeholders, and our community.

Through the Indigenous Health Working Group, RACMA is deepening its commitment for improved health, safety and education of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples in Australia. The College  is offering  a scholarship for the Leadership for Clincians program for an indigenous Doctor in partnership with AIDA.
