Lifeline  – Working specifically to increase awareness and understanding of suicide prevention in New Zealand and reduce the associated stigma and to work with others to make a positive contribution to the health and social sector.

Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand – Helpline services are available right now in New Zealand that offer support, information and help for you and your parents, family, whānau and friends.

Doctors Health Alliance – Created by the Australasian Doctors’ Health Network (ADHN) who had collaborated for over 25 years as the key forum for doctors’ health programs across Australia and New Zealand to share resources, research and programs, Doctors’ Health Alliance emerged in 2022 with the mission of improving the health of the medical profession for the good of the Australian community.

Hand n Hand – You can choose from 1-on-1 peer support, or join a peer support group with others from a similar field/level of training.
