a. A Professional Development Plan tailored for each doctor and targeting their education and development needs. This will aid doctors in identifying their strengths and weaknesses and enable them to map out activities that will be of the most benefit in keeping their professional edge. The PDP maximum of 5 hours can be claimed for PDP and can be entered in the Reviewing Performance category.
b. An annual structured conversation with a colleague, peer or employer. A maximum of 5 hours can be claimed and entered in the Reviewing Performance category.
c. CPD activities – a minimum of 50 hours of activity per year including:
