The Tweed Hospital provides a range of healthcare services to the public including: acute and emergency care, surgical services, women’s care and newborn services, cancer and haematology services, intensive and coronary care units, Mental Health inpatient facilities, Aboriginal Health, and Allied Health Outpatient Clinics. As a regional referral Level 5 base hospital, we work closely with hospitals in Northern NSW and tertiary hospitals in Southern Queensland to support the healthcare needs of our community. Managing the professional and administrative requirements of the Junior Medical Workforce in the Tweed, Murwillumbah and Byron Hospitals.
On call is a requirement of the role, and an allowance will be paid in addition to base salary.
