Latrobe Regional Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Medical Management Registrar to join the Medical Services team in 2023.
The Medical Management Registrar is a RACMA accredited position, who will work under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer. The Medical Management Registrar will also work with the General Manager Medical Services and will assist in providing a dynamic leadership role in relation to junior medical workforce productivity.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive working relationships with a broad range of professional disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organisational skills to assess, plan, design, coordinate, implement change
• Capacity to contribute to a dynamic and challenging environment.
