About the Role
We are keen to welcome a motivated Medical Administration Registrar (MAR) to our team at Broome Hospital. The service is entering an exciting period of growth and transition, with planning well underway for service expansion and redevelopment.The MAR will work with the specialist (FRACMA) Director of Medical Services at Broome Hospital to provide professional leadership as well as guidance in relation to strategic and operational projects as required, with a particular focus on clinical governance, accreditation, service development and general medical administration duties.This is an accredited Specialist Training Position. The MAR must be enrolled as a trainee with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA) to satisfy the selection criterion of demonstrated commitment towards training as a specialist medical administrator
About you
TO BE SUCCESSFUL TO THE ROLE
Applicants must hold General AHPRA Registration, have a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience and be currently enrolled as a trainee in the RACMA specialist training program for the 2025 training year.
