The position of Executive Director Medical Services (EDMS) is a significant medical leadership portfolio and the single point of accountability for the effective executive professional leadership of medical services across CHQ HHS.
You will provide the leadership, direction, management and governance necessary to ensure the successful delivery of CHQ’s strategic goals relating to clinical excellence and service quality. You will also be accountable for supporting CHQ to continuously improve quality of service and safeguarding of the highest standards of care, by creating an environment in which clinical excellence can flourish.
The EDMS will contribute across executive leadership, medical leadership, and research and education. The duties of the EDMS will be divided across the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives including CHQ HHS’s vision, strategic direction, change agenda, and corporate goals. The successful applicant will also ensure a strategic approach to the development of effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
