As the Executive Director, Medical Services you will bring:
This role provides expert strategic advice to the Chief Executive to support the achievement of high standards of medical practice and to ensure appropriate clinical governance for clinical care, teaching, training and research. This role also provides leadership for the delivery of medical services at ensure achievement of performance and service improvement objectives.
You will be an experienced medical executive leader with a track record of successful operational achievement in a tertiary health care environment. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be recognised for your collaborative style, and your ability to inspire and medical teams to manage change while championing outstanding patient care.
You will also have registration with the Medical Board of Australia and preferably, Fellowship or Associate Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Medical Administrators, or an equivalent management qualification.
