About the Role

The EDMS is accountable for the professional leadership of the medical staff across all CQHHS business units. This includes:

• Providing leadership to the medical workforce supported by three Director Medical Services (DMS) roles.
• Provide supervision and clinical leadership to the Directors of Medical Services, Specialist medical administrators, Registrars and RACMA candidates within CQHHS.
• The incumbent also has line management responsibility for the critical functions of medical workforce recruitment, training and education, to ensure that CQHHS recruits the right staff and affords them the right training environment.

Salary Information

Total remuneration value of up to $446,028 p.a (L27) + Medical Managers Allowance comprises:

• a salary between $329,872 – $411,396 p.a (L18 – L27)
• + Medical Managers Allowance
• up to 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
• 17.5% leave loading

Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) Requirements

It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against vaccine preventable diseases as listed on the Role Description.
