The Clinical Director Medical Services is focused on the clinical leadership of the Medical and Continuing Care Service division of Grampians Health.
The role encompasses leadership, clinical and strategic oversight and guidance on the operation of these services throughout Grampians Health. The role is responsible for coordinating medical staff, ensuring the provision of quality care and managing the clinical and financial performance of the medical and continuing care programs.
The Clinical Director in collaboration with the Program Director will be responsible for all medical and continuing care services, ensuring the division meets the needs of the community and service agreements are met.

Candidates with a specialist career in clinical medicine, an involvement and interest at a leadership level in health strategy, planning, operations and development are invited to apply.
Medical qualification and current specialist registration with AHPRA.
Post-graduate qualification in a medical, health or management-related field is desirable.
You should have the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and help create positive working relationships that lead to improved services and health care outcomes across Grampians Health.
