An excellent & unique opportunity has arisen for a Director of Medical Services to join Adventist Healthcare to lead the operational aspects of medical services and clinical governance at Sydney Adventist Hospital and Adventist Healthcare including oversight of accredited medical officers, career medical officers, junior medical officers and the medical services and clinical governance teams. This is a 15-month contract position to cover maternity leave from late Nov / early Dec 2022 until February 2024.
This significant management role is suitable for a person with a passion for building relationships with medical staff and for reducing clinical risk and delivering excellent patient experience. The role reports to the Medical and Clinical Governance Executive and is suitable for a RACMA fellow or senior RACMA trainee seeking an opportunity to work in the private sector. An attractive salary commensurate with experience is on offer.
