Provide high quality administrative and management services within the Shoalhaven Hospital Group, as part of the Illawarra-Shoalhaven Local Health District. This role is particularly focused on health gain for Aboriginal Health in the Shoalhaven area. The Medical Administration Trainee is expected to develop their skills in medical management with the aim of achieving specialist skills in the field. The Trainee is expected to develop an understanding of strategic and operational management in the planning, delivery and management of state-wide medical educational and health services which enables the Provision of quality, safe patient care. The Medical Administration Trainee position is a RACMA training position.
