About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a candidate of the Royal Australian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA) to join the Academic and Medical Services team at Epworth HealthCare in an accredited training position as the Medical Administration Registrar. This role reports directly to the group Deputy Chief Medical Officer and offers excellent opportunities for developing your knowledge base and experience towards becoming a Fellow of RACMA.
The successful applicant will have a unique opportunity to learn key aspects of medical management and leadership in the not-for-profit private hospital setting, from both a group-wide and hospital context. There will be a focus on the management of junior and senior medical workforce, engagement of specialists, credentialing and determination of scope of practice, clinical governance, clinical outcome analytics, medical education, and aspects of the introduction of new technologies.

About You
