The Medical Administration Registrar role provides opportunities in the workplace which enable the candidate to develop skills and knowledge required for successful completion of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA) Fellowship Program.
This role reports to the Executive Director, Medical Services and Clinical Governance / Chief Medical Officer. The role is closely aligned with the Division of Strategy and Organisation Improvement, as well as the Medical Workforce Unit (MWU). This involvement provides a breadth of exposure to governance, quality framework and leadership in strategy and improvement. It also provides the opportunity to work with Senior and Junior Medical Staff in the capacity of recruitment, credentialing, roster review and analysis, performance management and continuous improvement across the organisation.
