About the Role
Monash Health is the largest public health service in Victoria with a medical workforce of 2200 medical staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Medical Administration Registrar. Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer and reporting to the Director of Medical Services you will be responsible for supporting the provision of high quality health care services by providing leadership for medical workforce recruitment, retention, industrial relations, credentialing systems, medicolegal matters as appropriate, and supporting the process of performance review and development of staff under supervision. In addition, you will work closely with a dynamic Quality and Innovation Unit to achieve rigorous quality, safety and performance standards.
The post offers excellent supervision and training exposure and is suitable for new or existing registered trainees with RACMA. You can expect exciting operational and project experience in all domains. This role will form the firm basis of training for emerging clinical leaders in the speciality of Medical Administration and will provide a strongly supported and rich environment in which to develop specialist skills.

A current Employee Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required for all staff. If you have a WWCC please list the number and expiry date. If not, should you be successful for this position you will be required to supply a copy.
