EOI – Policy and Advocacy Lead Fellow

The College is seeking expressions of interest from Fellows with a minimum of five years’ experience as a FRACMA to be Lead Fellow of the Policy and Advocacy portfolio of the College.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-level advice and support to the Policy and Advocacy Committee (PAC) and its sub-committees, including:

  • the provision of expert advice
  • developing draft responses for approval and briefings on key areas of interest to the College
  • managing and implementing projects relevant to the committee

The PAC sub committees cover the key focus areas of:

  • Indigenous Health Policy and Advocacy
  • Medical Workforce Policy and Advocacy
  • Rural Policy and Advocacy
  • Diversity and Inclusion Policy and Advocacy
  • Digital Health Policy and Advocacy

The ongoing position will be reviewed on an annual basis and requires a commitment of three days a week.
