RACMA would like to thank all Australian and Aotearoa New Zealand Members who have contributed to the review of the CPD framework through the workshops conducted in each jurisdiction, which were led by CPD Lead Fellow Dr Greg Watters FRACMA.
The College was buoyed by the support, enthusiasm and contribution.
The workshops have now concluded and as a result the College is moving forward with the changes to the MYRACMA CPD platform. These modifications will be ongoing over the coming months with the view of launching the updated platform via the CPD showcase at the RACMA 2022 Conference, Wednesday 28 September, Hobart. Further details of this session will be provided to Members closer to the time.
To support the changes whilst the MyRACMA platform is being updated we have developed an interim CPD handbook for all Members to refer to for assistance in completion of CPD activities.
A new set of FAQs specfically relating to the new CPD standards can be found HERE.
Detailed information regarding the changes for Australian practitioners can be found on the Medical Board of Australia’s website, while a summary of the Medical Council of New Zealand re-registration standards can be found on their website.
