Prof Alan Sandford AM

As a Fellow with broad experience I have developed a deep sense of connection with the membership of the College at all levels. I believe that I have been able to create a sense of trust in leadership and demonstrate my commitment to ongoing medical leadership development and Workforce nurturing. I believe I have the skills and experience and demonstrated performance in governance, which I have steadfastly championed kindness, evidence, data, fairness, equity and diversity that enables the College to enact informed decisions and to grow the College in a contemporary environment. My skills and corporate knowledge has enabled me to contribute to a growing College that is able to withstand the challenges of change and accelerating developments within the broader external health environment. I would be proud to continue as a Director of the College to ensure its continued success.
