With a profound sense of dedication, I am grateful to be nominated to the RACMA Board. I am committed to ensuring RACMA’ s strategy to train the next generation of healthcare leaders, addressing diverse challenges in medical leadership. My aim is to influence such as to enhance our position as a leading authority in training and to shape the future of healthcare by improving outcomes and addressing inequities through collaboration and partnerships. Throughout my journey with the College, I have been supported by colleagues in both professional and personal successes. I currently serve on the Victorian Jurisdictional Committee and continue to mentor candidates through to success.
