The Myer-Briggs (MB) is used in the formation of Learning Sets. The aim is to develop the ‘best’ mix of Candidates for an optimal interaction and reflection of one’s own leadership style and outcomes. MB information can be used by Candidates for the preparation of the Annual Training Plan (ATP) to help identify specific workplace experiences and training for leadership competency development purposes.

Confidentiality arrangements will be assured to the Candidates.
