How to use the RACMA eLibrary:

Browse and search

Browsing and searching is available for the general public, however access to resources may be restricted by the publisher. Restricted items may be accessible to users through their personal or organisational subscription/ membership. To access resources published by RACMA use your RACMA login details.

Feedback

If you would like to provide feedback or if you encounter a problem interacting with the eLibrary, or any of its items, please notify the College via this online form.

Suggested resources to be included in the eLibrary

For the present time the eLibrary will focus on curating the vast collection of materials the College currently possesses. Upon completion of this work and following an evaluation of this new resource, the eLibrary may expand its functionality to receive suggestions from the College members.

About

The RACMA eLibrary is a new educational service offered to RACMA members to support their ongoing development of skills and knowledge in Medical Administration.

The eLibrary is an online educational tool, a digital collection of materials predominantly developed by and for RACMA members, such as webinars, templates, guides, workshop materials and practical resources on core medical management skills to support Candidates in their medical administration training, Continuing Education Programs and Candidates, supervisors and RACMA members. In addition, the eLibrary curates references (links) to external resources and other publicly available resources that are relevant to Medical Leadership and Management such as peer-reviewed articles, government and non-government agencies’ reports, and more.

All resources in the eLibrary are relevant to the specialty of Medical Administration, and in particular contribute to training and education in this specialty. All items included in the eLibrary are mapped to the role competencies in the RACMA Medical Leadership and Management Curriculum. The RACMA eLibrary curates materials developed by and for RACMA members and references (links) to external resources that are relevant to Medical Leadership and Management.

Specialist Training Programme (STP) supported Trainee Observation Practice Program (TOPP).
