RACMA is running a 360 degree feedback process. The 360 feedback process collects information from yourself and your peers to provide you with a 360 review. The questionnaire is designed to evaluate a person's interpersonal, management and leadership behaviours - not their clinical skills. It consists of a series of statements, each rated by using a six point scale.
The process has been designed to enable you to easily interpret the results and use the information to identify:
Your capability strengths in your relationship with your manager, staff and peers
Areas within your capabilities which may be further developed and enhanced
Data from the question will be reported only in aggregate form and a report will be emailed to you with your results. The report gives you feedback about your strengths and development needs based on the questionnaire you and your selected raters completed as part of the 360 degree feedback process. The entire process has been designed to enable you to easily interpret your results and to use them to improve your capabilities where necessary. Feedback is entirely confidential.
