Introduction of the new ‘MyRACMA’ platform

We are delighted to announce that the launch of MyRACMA will take place on Tuesday 12 June 2018.

This new platform replaces the existing way in which you log your CPD activities and will allow vastly improved functionality including access to the system from your mobile or tablet.

The final day to enter any CPD activities in the eCPD tool was Friday 25 May. 

You are not able to enter any new CPD activities until the launch of MyRACMA on 12 June.

MyRACMA will;

  • Integrate the administrative functions of the programme including the application, registration and payment processes for RACMA courses and workshops and annual certification and compliance audits.
  • Provide efficient management and oversight of CPD by the CPD Committee.
  • Assist CPD Coordinators to facilitate access to, and involvement in CPD.
  • Be mobile friendly – you can enter/access your CPD from a mobile or tablet.
  • Provide an online credit card facility for payments.
  • Deliver an intuitive dashboard showing your current CPD targets.
  • All CPD already entered will be migrated to MyRACMA.

We would like to take this opportunity to share with you some FAQs that will assist you with the transition to MyRACMA.

Q What do I do about entering activities undertaken during the shutdown period?
A Please keep information at hand so that it can be added into MyRACMA after the launch on 12 June.

Q Will all of my historical CPD records be available in MyRACMA?
A Yes all previous CPD information will be migrated to MyRACMA from the existing eCEP system.

Q How will I login to MyRACMA?
A You will be provided with login details on Monday 11 June with username and password which will be different from the current system. Further information will be provided on the RACMA website.

Q Can I print my own CPD certificate?
A You will be able to print certificates and activity statements from MyRACMA as well as having a clear overview of your progress via the dashboard.

Q What happens if I have not entered my CPD points for 2017 prior to the cut-off date of 25 May 2018?

Q Who will I contact if I am having trouble with MyRACMA?
