At the 2015 AGM the Fellows of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators voted in favour to amend the College Constitution. The purpose of the amendment was to:

  • confirm the Board's power to determine procedures for the election of directors; and
  • ensure that those procedures include electronic voting;
  • make clear that the provisions of the Constitution that apply to the conduct of ballots for ordinary resolutions do not apply to ballots for the election of directors.
