The College is introducing an online facility for Fellows and Members to administer their Continuing Education Program via this online application. A guide to using the application is detailed below.
- Activity Options List - use this option to view the types of activities available for your CEP.
- View & Update Training Plan - (formerly referred to as 'CEP Contract') - you can view and update your CEP Training Plan at any time.
- Enter CEP Activity - use this option to actually enter your CEP activities. This can be done at anytime to gradually build your log of CEP activities.
- View All CEP Activities - here you can view your CEP activity history and submit items for approval by your coordinator when ready.
- Review Activity History - this option allows you to select a from and to date range so you can view your CEP activities within a specific date range.
- Lodge Annual Review - use this option to lodge your annual review report with your CEP coordinator
- Conjoint Activities - this is where you enter a request to have any Conjoint CEP activities ratified.
- Request Certificate - there maybe times when you need a CEP Certificate of Currency. Use this option to request a CEP certificate from your coordinator.
In order to access the 'Your CEP' function, you need to login using you members username and password.
Use the Members Login facility to enter your access details.
