Work in rural health services Print E-mail

If you are a RACMA Fellow experienced as a medical administrator, considering a change of lifestyle and interested to work on a full-time, part-time, or locum basis, supporting rural health services in Victoria, this project will be of interest to you.

RACMA will provide a communication service to connect rural health services with experienced DMS available to work in rural Victoria. Rural healthwith vacant  DMS positions or services required will be identified in this site. RACMA will maintain a register of experienced clinician managers and DMS who are interested to work in rural Victoria and facilitate contact between the parties.

RACMA will not be the recruitment agency, but rather the service will be to put health services and experienced and interested medical managers in touch with each other.
RACMA’s role will  ensure the details of medical managers are kept up to date, to develop useful criteria for health services to be able to determine if the medical manager will suit their needs, prior to contact.

You may also be a RACMA Member or a clinician manager, with no direct medical administration experience and interested in working in a rural Victoria health service providing DMS services.

NOTE: This register is not limited to Victorians, but will be for those happy to work in rural Victoria
